HOW TO APPLY AND BOOK ACCOMODATIONS
For inscription and booking of accommodation, please do the following:

A. Payment of € 80,00 (dancer deposit) and € 20,00 (observer deposit) to be made:

1) a copy of the application form and schedule accommodation / booking form
2) copy of the receipt of the deposit payment

C. On the Arrival Day, please hand in the following documents:
1) N° 1 Passport photo
2) original receipt of payment ( western union or bank transfer )
3) self-certification for permission to participate and health status, if under 18 done by parents, self- certification of health status done by over 18 ember form

GENERAL PARTECIPATION CONDITIONS
1. Only who delivered whole required documents can participate to the event.
2. The number of participants is limited and Calabria Arte reserves the right to accept or decline the applications.
3. Final payment must be made on the Arrival Day,checks or credit cards payments are not accepted
4. The deposit and the payment cannot be returned in case of non-participation or withdrawal from activities, and cannot be transferred to another person. Only in the case of an accident during the workshop a partial reimbursement will be made, equal to the number of lessons not completed minus the original deposit.
5. Calabria Arte disclaims all responsibility in the case of theft or damage to the dancers, guardians and observers or to the damage or loss of any of their belongings, both during the lessons and during other activities on the premises or during the participants stay during the workshop period.
6. Calabria Arte is exempted from all civil and penal responsibility concerning and consequent to the participation in the event.
7. Calabria Arte is dismissed from all responsibility regarding the physical suitability of all participants and possible accidents.
8. It is strictly forbidden to take photographs or videotape during the lessons.
9. The number of rooms available at the Village is limited. The observers will be accepted in proportion to the number of dancers and at Calabria Arte’s discretion.
10.Faculty have the authority to send the dancers to a level more suitable to their capabilities.
11.Calabria Arte reserves the right to modify the following regulations and programs. The regulations will be made known to the participants on our web-page www.broadwayatropea.com

COST OF CLASSES AND COREOGRAPHIC WORKSHOPS
The following amounts are valid for. registration-booking within the 30th of May 2008, after this date, the cost will increase by € 20,00, (excluding registration and cost of extra lessons) for each option and Choreographic workshops
Registration-booking will be free of charge, if done within 1st of March 2008.

Cost of registration ( dancers - observers ) : € 25,00 ( for all four weeks )
Option 1) observer: € 35,00 per week
Option 2) N. 2 lessons per day : € 220,00 per week
Option 3) N. 3 lessons per day : € 300,00 per week
Option 4) N. 4 lessons per day: € 380,00 per week
N. 1 choreographic workshop : € 120,00 per week
N.2 choreographic workshops : € 200,00 per week

Extra classes:
Active-Isolated Flexibility - Active Isolated Strengthening - Pilates Circus Acrobatics : € 60,00
( five days ), single lesson € 15,00
Pedagogy class (only for teachers): € 90,00 (five days)

N.B. Only who attends one of the 4 options can participate to the chorographic workshop. The observers can take part of single extra classes, even single lesson by paying the relative amount.
There will be a discount of 15% for 2 weeks attending, 20% for 3 weeks and 30% for 4 weeks (not included cost of registration).


SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SCHOOL & GROUPS
The teachers/group leaders who enrol from N° 6 to 9 students will receive a rebate of € 150,00, for N° 10 to 14 students, € 300,00, for N° 15 to 19 students, € 400,00, for N° 20 to 25 students € 500,00 ( each school can present one list of students ). To take advantage of all aforementioned terms, it is necessary to fill out the application form.
The payment must be cumulative and must be made before Arrival Day. It is compulsory that the teacher/group leader and the students carry out the workshop in the same period .
